To deliver public information open services professionally, effectively, and efficiently, the organizational structure of PT SUCOFINDO PPID is established as follows:
Patron: President Director of PT SUCOFINDO
PPID Executive Management (Atasan PPID): Head of Corporate Secretary Division
Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID): Head of Corporate Communication Department
MAIN DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS OF PPID
Pursuant to Public Information Openness regulations, PT SUCOFINDO PPID executes the following core duties and functions:
Coordinating and consolidating the collection of information and documentation materials within the enterprise.
Storing, documenting, providing, and delivering public information services to the public.
Verifying public information materials prior to dissemination to applicants.
Conducting consequence testing on exempted information in compliance with statutory provisions.
Performing regular updates of public information and documentation for public access.
