Information Objection Mechanism
Applicants of Public Information reserve the legal right to submit a written objection to the Executive Management of PPID PT SUCOFINDO (Head of Corporate Secretary Division) based on the following grounds:
Grounds for Filing an Objection:
Refusal of a public information request based on non-applicable exemption grounds pursuant to Article 17 of the KIP Law.
Failure to provide periodic information as mandated under Article 9 of the KIP Law.
Unresponsive or improper handling of an information request.
Failure to fulfill the information request as requested.
Delivery of public information exceeding the stipulated timeframe.
Imposition of unreasonable or unauthorized fees.
Delivery of misleading or inaccurate information.
Terms and Filing Procedures:
Submission Deadline: Objections must be lodged no later than 30 (thirty) working days from the discovery of the grounds for objection or receipt of the rejection notice.
Addressed Authority: The written objection must be addressed to the PPID Executive Management, namely the Head of Corporate Secretary Division of PT SUCOFINDO.
Response Period: Official written responses from the PPID Executive Management will be issued no later than 30 (thirty) working days upon official receipt of the written objection
